Susann Felton

Acting Chief Administrative Officer, Member of the Board

Ms. Felton, an experienced energy executive, is a founding member of the PaceControls team. Prior to joining PaceControls, Ms. Felton was Vice President, External Affairs East and Director of Corporate Regulatory Affairs for Mirant Corporation. While at Mirant, she was charged to design and implement regulatory strategies to drive public policy and regulation during the evolving restructuring of the U.S. electric industry, and she has worked with officials at all levels of federal, state and local government and in the energy-related industries.

Ms. Felton previously spent 23 years at Potomac Electric Power Company in various positions culminating in her service as vice president, Generation Fuels and Business Planning for Pepco’s 5,400 MW Generation Business Unit. Ms. Felton was the only Pepco officer retained by Mirant in connection with its acquisition of the Generation Business Unit’s assets in 2001.

Ms. Felton holds an M.B.A. in International Relations in Business from American University in Washington, DC. Ms. Felton is also the co-founder and president of Waterfront Energy Capital, LLC. Waterfront is an advisory company with a focus on bringing to the market exciting new technologies and services in conservation, renewable energy and sustainable development.
