PaceControls Hires Regional Director, Mid-Atlantic
Targeting an important business region, PaceControls announced today the appointment of Ray Morris as Regional Director – Mid-Atlantic. In this role, Mr. Morris will coordinate PaceControls’ activities with large national customers and energy service company partners based in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Morris comes to PaceControls with a distinguished career history spanning over twenty years and showcased by a number of achievements related to building energy businesses. He has been a key member in early stage development of several companies, growing them from startup to $150 million annual revenue in less than five years. Ray joins PaceControls from Honeywell Building Solutions, where he has specialized in Demand Side Management, Cogeneration and Renewable Energy projects on the University, State, and Healthcare levels in the Mid-Atlantic States. During his tenure, he developed several unique clean energy applications, including cogeneration for the largest LEED-certified residential building as well as a landfill gas cogeneration project to support a university research greenhouse.
