A global property management firm has recently qualified PaceControls’ breakthrough PACE2 product suite as a global energy efficiency solution, following extensive metered demonstration trials and reviews with a client company.

The property management firm has commenced a rollout of PACE2 retrofit kits for one of its clients, a major regional banking chain with operations in a dozen states, and is moving ahead with two other clients. Installation for the banking client will be by a leading national HVAC services firm, with rebate management by RealWinWin.
